AdvOSS primarily is a developer of software and systems for the carrier grade Service Provider market. It realizes that Service Providers need much more than a higher quality product to offer continuously available higher quality of service to its customers and this requires many pre-launch and post-launch services to be provided by someone.
In all cases, AdvOSS makes sure that full ownership of the project is taken care of for the Service Provider whether these services are provided by AdvOSS alone or multiple parties working together.
AdvOSS has therefore prepared a full ownership SLA that identifies the totality of Services required by a Service Provider to offer its services at higher service levels. SLA divides the whole process of managing service and operations into distinct Roles. All Roles have clearly defined responsibilities and lists major tasks required to be done within those responsibilities.
As part of SLA, all Roles need to be assumed by some party whether the Service Provider itself, AdvOSS Partners or AdvOSS. Roles are broadly categorized into Pre-Sales and Post-Sales with Post-Sales Roles again broadly categorized into pre-launch and post-launch Roles.

Commissioning: Preferred to be done by partners in full collaboration with AdvOSS
Training: Enable the partners to train the customer directly with full support from AdvOSS.
Post-Launch
Infrastructure and Network Administration: AdvOSS preferred policy is that this should be performed by operator itself, or by partners if they provide Post-Sales Managed Services to operators.
Systems and Platform Administration: Preferred to be done by partners in full collaboration with AdvOSS
Database Administration: AdvOSS preferred policy is that this should be performed by operator itself, or by partners if they provide Post-Sales Managed Services to operators.
Operations: AdvOSS preferred policy is that this should be performed by operator itself, or by partners if they provide Post-Sales Managed Services to operators.
Monitoring and Alerting: AdvOSS preferred policy is that this should be performed by operator itself, or by partners if they provide Post-Sales Managed Services to operators.
Maintenance and Updates: Preferred to be done by AdvOSS and partners in full collaboration
Minor Change Requests: Preferred to be done by AdvOSS with continuous feedback from partners
